Nexica AI provides enterprise automation solutions, including but not limited to Voice AI Agents, Workflow Automation, and AI Support Systems.

  • Custom Development: Specific deliverables for custom projects are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW).
  • SaaS Products: Use of our software platforms is subject to the specific subscription agreement associated with your plan.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

Unauthorized Access

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or related systems.

Interference

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or third-party data contained therein.

4. Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexica AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nexica AI.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexica AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
